| TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION | |
| 1. | Weekly bookings in high season are from Saturday to Saturday only. Weekend and mid-week breaks are offered during low season, i.e. from October to May. Extra days will be charged pro-rata. |
| 2. | Possession of the cottage can be taken between 4.00 p.m. and 7 p.m. Cottages must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. A deposit of €100 may be required from each booking upon taking possession of the Cottage. This is refundable at the end of the holiday less the cost of any damages/breakages. |
| 3. | A deposit of €100 per Cottage per weekly booking is required to confirm accomodation. The deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation. |
| 4. | The balance of the total account is due six weeks before commencement of rental. In the event of cancellation within this period, the balance is forfeited unless the cottage is re-sold. |
| 5. | Included in Basic Rentals charges are: (a) Bed clothes and linen, towels, tea towels etc. (b) All necessary household equipment. |
| 6. | Power for light, heating and cooking is an extra charge. At the commencement of rental, clients should check with the Administrator what a litre of heating oil and a unit of electricity will cost. |
| 7. | Clients will be held responsible for damages to cottage equipments. |
| 8. | The Management are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departures. |
| 9. | Directors or officers of the Company may, at all reasonable times, visit the cottage. |
| 10. | The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the Company's permission. |
